COVID-19 Closure and Membership Payments

Dear Members,

Thank you for being part of Sheridan Swim & Fitness Club. We hope everyone is healthy and temporarily adjusting to this new way of life during the COVID 19 outbreak.

In response to COVID 19, we recently made the decision to temporarily close the club for the next few weeks to protect our members and do our part in reducing the potential risk of virus spread. With that being said, the Board of Directors have discussed additional ways to continue to make Sheridan Swim Club sustainable during this time and to become ready for the upcoming summer season. In this discussion process, we as a Board have decided to deduct April 2020 payments and then if needed, re-evaluate May payments. This will continue to align with our By-Laws that state membership contracts are 12-month commitments. Without this membership commitment,  our club will not be sustainable – your continued support is needed and appreciated!

If this decision has truly caused hardship for your family, please politely contact Amber, the club manager, and she will take concerns privately over the phone and then pass details along to the Board for individual review. Please understand that the Board cannot meet in person at this time, so please give us time to get back with you. Please understand stopping payment does effect Sheridan Swim Club, therefore it is important we follow guidelines pertaining to the membership By-Laws.
